maxsoch de59c46cbe lower deployment target to macOS 13 Ventura ... 15.6 was just the Xcode default from project creation, not a real requirement — the newest API in use is SMAppService (macOS 13). The compiler enforces the audit: everything builds and tests pass at 13.0. Release zip rebuilt; cask gets the new sha256 and a :ventura floor.
